How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Loveacross Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Loveacross Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Loveacross Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@loveacross.living and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
